Our Vision Statement is: Gathering Together with God

We believe that worship, nurture and mission are three central features of the church. We therefore seek to offer worship that enables a wide variety of individuals to encounter the reality of God, both through contemporary and more traditional forms. We seek to offer a variety of opportunities to learn more about the Christian faith, by encouraging individual Bible Study and prayer and by promoting small groups. We seek to take advantage of every opportunity to show God’s love in word and action, in order to lead others to commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

We actively support our local Churches Together group, and seek to work ecumenically wherever possible. In recent years there has been a growing sense of partnership in the gospel with Seymour Road Methodist Church and we have several joint worship services throughout the year.

We actively support the Fairtrade movement and are a Fairtrade parish.
